Your details: what we keep, for how long, and your rights

What reaches us, and what it is used for
There are no forms, user accounts or analytics on this website. Personal data reaches Locksmith Crevillente only when you choose to get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email: typically your name, your phone number, where the job is, a description or photographs of the lock, and, before a door, a car or a safe is opened, a document showing you are entitled to open it. That document is looked at, not copied or kept.
The data is used to:
- answer you and do the work you ask for (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and the contract itself, Article 6.1.b GDPR);
- invoice and keep the accounts that the law requires (legal obligation, Article 6.1.c GDPR).
It is not used for marketing, profiling or any automated decision.
How long it is kept
- Messages and photos about a job: for as long as the job is under way and for one year afterwards, in case of questions or a guarantee claim.
- Invoices and the data in them: for the periods set by tax and commercial law, generally between four and six years.
- Enquiries that did not lead to a job: deleted within six months.
Recipients
Your data is not sold or handed to anyone else, except the tax authorities when the law requires it. Some providers process it on the business’s behalf, by category: the hosting of the website (Cloudflare), the email service, and WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) if you choose to write that way. Some may process data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The website loads no Google Fonts and no other third-party resources; its typeface is served from its own domain.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable form, by writing to info@locksmithcrevillente.es with a copy of your identity document. You will receive a reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with it, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Qué datos llegan y para qué se usan
Este sitio web no tiene formularios, cuentas de usuario ni analítica. Los datos personales solo llegan a Locksmith Crevillente cuando usted decide contactar por teléfono, WhatsApp o correo electrónico: normalmente su nombre, su teléfono, el lugar del trabajo, una descripción o fotografías de la cerradura y, antes de abrir una puerta, un vehículo o una caja fuerte, un documento que acredite que tiene derecho a abrirlo. Ese documento se comprueba, pero no se copia ni se conserva.
Los datos se usan para:
- responderle y hacer el trabajo que solicita (base jurídica: medidas precontractuales a petición del interesado y ejecución del contrato, artículo 6.1.b del RGPD);
- facturar y llevar la contabilidad exigida por la ley (obligación legal, artículo 6.1.c del RGPD).
No se usan para comunicaciones comerciales, elaboración de perfiles ni decisiones automatizadas.
Cuánto tiempo se conservan
- Mensajes y fotografías de un trabajo: mientras esté en curso y durante un año después, por posibles consultas o reclamaciones de garantía.
- Facturas y sus datos: durante los plazos que fija la normativa tributaria y mercantil, en general entre cuatro y seis años.
- Consultas que no acabaron en un trabajo: se suprimen en un plazo de seis meses.
Destinatarios
Sus datos no se venden ni se entregan a terceros, salvo a la Administración tributaria cuando la ley lo exige. Algunos proveedores los tratan por cuenta del negocio, por categorías: el alojamiento del sitio web (Cloudflare), el servicio de correo electrónico y WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) si usted elige escribir por esa vía. Algunos pueden tratar datos en Estados Unidos, al amparo del Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. o de las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea. El sitio web no carga Google Fonts ni otros recursos de terceros; su tipografía se sirve desde su propio dominio.
Sus derechos
Puede solicitar el acceso, la rectificación o la supresión de sus datos, la limitación del tratamiento, la oposición o la portabilidad escribiendo a info@locksmithcrevillente.es con copia de su documento de identidad. Recibirá respuesta en el plazo de un mes. Si no queda conforme, puede reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
